Frederick A. Neustein, a Miami native of 48 years, has been a licensed attorney in the State of Florida for 23 years. For twelve years, Mr. Neustein worked “for the Banks” as an licensed attorney in the Mortgage Banking Industry for various Institutional Investment Banks. Mr. Neustein served as Vice President and counsel for American Residential Equities (ARE) headquartered in Miami-Dade County, which acquired approximately $1 Billion in residential and commercial mortgages. At ARE, Mr. Neustein was primarily responsible for the oversight of residential foreclosures and commercial foreclosure cases throughout the state of Florida and the U.S.

Prior to that, Mr. Neustein was a Director at Madison Capital Group in Miami where he was responsible for originating, structuring and underwriting transactions on over $1 Billion in real estate, throughout the state of Florida. Mr. Neustein also spent five years as a commercial real estate lender focusing primarily on structured real estate transactions at Heller Financial and Ocwen Financial Corporation.
