Seeking Associate Foreclosure Litigation Attorney

Boutique South Florida litigation law firm based in Aventura seeking an attorney with a minimum of two years of experience in the following areas of law:

• Foreclosure Litigation
• Commercial Litigation
• Bankruptcy experience (a plus)

Candidates must have a thorough understanding of the processes of state litigation (Federal a plus), local courthouse procedures, trial procedures and discovery. Other responsibilities include client interaction, preparation of legal pleadings and memorandum. The job requires attendance at court hearings, depositions and trials in Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach County and throughout the State of Florida (less often).
